NetSuite approval workflow not triggering on Sales Orders

## Problem
Approval workflow does not trigger when a Sales Order is created or edited.

## Root Cause
This usually happens due to incorrect workflow conditions, execution context mismatch, or role permission issues.

## Solution
1. Ensure the workflow status is **Released**
2. Confirm **Record Type = Sales Order**
3. Check initiation: **On Create / On Update**
4. Validate execution context (UI, CSV, Web Services)
5. Test using a clean Sales Order

## Validation Checklist
- Workflow state changes
- Approver is assigned
- Email notification sent
